Lenika Flores is a bilingual early childhood educator with 23 years in the field, mentor teacher, entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, and a leader. Lenika has a bachelor's degree in child development from Point Loma Nazarene University. Lenika is passionate about presenting relevant topics to San Diego Early Years, NAEYC, CAAEYC, National Child Nutrition Conference, and Teachstone Summits by sharing stories, anecdotes, experiences, and reliable information. Lenika is interested in developing conferences that touch the hearts of teachers and transform their daily interactions with their students. She works closely with educators to improve their practices and impactful interactions using research-based methods. Her three young boys, Mati, Manny, and Martin, motivate her.

Katia Solorzano is an early childhood educator with an extensive track record of over two decades. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development and a Master's degree in Early Education, and I am proficient in both English and Spanish. My reputation for kindness, patience, respectfulness, and support for children and their families precedes me. I have delivered presentations at reputable conferences, such as the Early Years Conference, CAAEYC, and the I Can't-Wait Mental Health Conference. As a coach, I employ a strength-based approach, and I conscientiously consider the various learning styles of my trainees.
